Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery for orders above £75. For orders below this value, a delivery charge of £6.99 may apply. We aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days.

Please note that our warehouse is closed during weekends, so if you order on Friday after 5 pm, your order will be processed the next working day (Monday) and will arrive on Tuesday.

 

Important Delivery Information

•  You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.
•  Keep in mind that during Sale and busy periods, deliveries may take longer
• Our main delivery partner in the UK is Royal Mail. We might use DPD for larger shipments.
• We are not responsible for any parcels that go missing/are stolen as a result of the delivery instructions that are left for our courier.

 

Exceptions
We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland or Channel Islands due to customs regulations relating to the transit of live plants. We are also unable to deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses due to the extra time plants are in transit.
